In addition to managing a portfolio of award-winning hotels, we also handled the property management and development of the GIVRAL SAIGON BAKERY and its expansion plan of 16 Coffeeshops across Vietnam within 9 months from the ground up which included sourcing locations, Design of the outlet, construction, Set-up, Team Recruitment, Training and implementing a Centralized Kitchen for the Coffeeshop Chain.

 

We also managed the entire Marketing, Product Sourcing and were able to sign a deal for an overseas Cake Production Supply to Thailand.

 

Our Chairman also reset up the failing and aging Kem Trang Tien Factory and implemented the HACAPP standard.
